Fantastic Stay!
cute staff helpful staff quiet room heated pool
I found the reception staff very cute and helpful! They promptly answered all my questions. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! I also appreciated the quietness in the room, due to excellent soundproofing. The heated pool on the roof provided a relaxing experience.

the rooftop bar closed too early at 7pm that was disappointing i found the location a bit far from the main attractions it took about 30 minutes to walk to many places the room design felt a bit odd with the bathroom in the middle i felt it made the room darker and less private i also noticed some noise from the air conditioning units on the roof it was almost 350 euros i expected better.

The staff at reception were very helpful. Breakfast included freshly squeezed orange juice plus a wide range of fresh fruit. The staff brought coffee of my choice, which i loved. They offered free airport transfers since my stay was more than 3 nights.
the downstairs bar was not in operation.

The minibar was complimentary, but it was not properly stocked upon arrival. I found this quite inconvenient after a long day. The rooftop pool was open. the surrounding deck area was somewhat unkempt and several tiles were loose or missing. These issues detracted from the overall experience and left me feeling underwhelmed

the air conditioning didn't work at all. it was always above +26-27c in the room. the room was not cleaned even once because the staff couldn't accomodate our day schedule. the staff didn't seem to care much about the customers across all areas like the reception and food service.

The room had separate toilet and shower rooms. The sink was outside as part of the main bedroom. Breakfast included fresh orange juice, many fresh fruits, cerials, breads and pastries. The staff made omlettes upon request. The hotel was near Parque metro station. Bus 712 stopped nearby toward Alfama and Graco. I did appreciate good sound proofing, I barely heard planes.
The gym was okay, it had limited equipment and I saw no one cleaning it.

The rooftop pool was heated, and I saw guests relaxed in the jacuzzi. The gym offered a few treadmills, stationary bikes, and weights, I found it suitable for a light workout after long walks.

The breakfast buffet had many options, from fresh fruit to pastries. I got good coffee served by friendly waiters. The hotel also offered a room bar and a nespresso machine upon arrival, a nice touch.
